Hope you all are doing fantastic! I’m in LA shooting my new hour long DVD and new show Yoga Anywhere. It’s exciting and loads of fun. I can’t wait to share it all with you!

Hope you are doing great. Who’s in on the 7 day sleep challenge? I got hooked on these challenges from the Nissan 30 day blog so I thought it would be fun to keep it going a bit to help bring awareness to more habits. . . and from there decisions to change can be made.

I’m in LA shooting some fun projects. Today we just finished my first Hour Long DVD! The routine is designed to be a total body and mind work out. It is good for beginners to experienced with options for everyone. I sweat a ton making it and I hope you dig it as much as I had fun shooting it. I’m very excited to share it with you this spring. It also has a TON of super fun bonus videos we shot all over NYC.

My good friend Steve Shaw just sent me this picture. It was just a few days ago in NYC. Holy Snow storm. I’m in Sunny LA now, for a couple more days, and then back to the blizzard.
